The Best Connection (Newcastle) are recruiting for an experienced
Sales Office Administrator to work for our client based in Pelaw, Gateshead.

Our client is a leading manufacturer of processed glass and strives to provide exceptional levels of service and the highest quality products to their customers.

The Role:

Working with management, production and dispatch departments to communicate customer orders and ensure deliveries are correct and on time
Accurately relaying new orders directly to the Production Manager and helping to manage production workload
Use a wide range of office equipment, software tools and programmes such as Microsoft Outlook and Office to process high volume sales orders
Processing card transactions and accurately maintaining payment records
Admin experience working in a busy office is essential
Must have strong numerical skills as the role requires accuracy and efficiency
Strong written and verbal communication skills are required to understand and communicate customer requirements
Able to provide exceptional customer service
Previous product knowledge would be advantageous, but not essential, as full system and product training will be given to the right person
