Press/media coordinator- Hybrid role with central London office
- Immediate start with ongoing commitment
They are currently recruiting for a Communications Coordinator to fill in for at least - 3 months. This could lead to a permanent role for the right person
Duties will include
- monitoring incoming press and media queries
- monitoring inboxes
- assisting with press releases
- updating web pages
- planning media conferences - in-person and online
- coordinating invitations and media passes
- assisting with research
- monitoring press responses
- general admin support to team
About you
- previous experience in a media or communications role
- solid office experience
- able to work in a fast-paced environment
- strong communication skills, able to deal with a wide range of people both internally and externally
- able to commute to central London
- available to start ASAP and commit for at least 3 months
We are ideally aiming to have somebody start on or close to Mon 11 September
