Description
Our client is currently looking for an Electrical Maintenance Operator at their site in Fort William.

You will be responsible for supporting the ongoing production and continued running of the plant by carrying out reactive and planned maintenance tasks.


As this role is based in a remote location, there is a relocation allowance available as well as the possibility of fixed-term contract.


The main responsibilities of the position are below:

  • Completing necessary maintenance and changeover activities to an agreed timescale
  • Ensuring preventative maintenance is carried out on plant equipment in a safe manner
  • Follow written isolation procedures involving multiple points of isolation to control hazardous energy
  • Diagnosing and fault finding of electrical equipment failures
  • Correct use and maintenance of PPE, tools and equipment

Experience Required:


  • Timeserved electrical apprenticeship
  • Ability to read electrical drawings

Salary:
£45,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
