As Community Services Officer (Cost of Living) you will work in partnership with a number of key organisations including local charities, Citizens Advice, Age UK and voluntary sector organisations to improve outcomes for local residents.

You will assist in tasking additional staffing resources and report on the impact of the proactive campaigns.

To succeed as Community Services Officer (Cost of Living) you will have good analytical and problem-solving skills, and a track record of working in partnership with multiple stakeholders to achieve shared goals.

You will have experience in dealing with people from a wide range of backgrounds, a high standard of written English and a competent IT user.

You will be able to work as part of a team as well as on own your initiative.
