Join a leading IFA firm as Paraplanning Administrator and be part of a dynamic and innovative company. We are seeking individuals who can ensure efficient information gathering and provide valuable administrative support to the paraplanning team.The salary range for this role is £22,000 - £26,000
As a Paraplanning Administrator, you will have the flexibility to work remotely from the comfort of your own home.
However, you will also have the opportunity to collaborate with our team in person by visiting our Market Harborough or Bromsgrove office regularly.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare letters of authority to facilitate smooth communication with clients
Process letters of authority promptly and accurately
Input gathered information into our intelliflo office system
Update valuations and other relevant details for existing plans where we hold authority
Ensure all necessary documents are uploaded and organized effectively
Maintain activity entries and workflows to track progress
Assist in printing suitability reports when required
Support the paraplanning team in sending out forms to clients

Qualifications and Skills:
Previous experience in IFA administration or a similar role is desirable
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and document management
