Hours: Monday-Friday, Full Time 08.00am-5.00pm

The Role:

The Customer Service Administrator will work as part of an upbeat and friendly team of 5, being the first point of contact for customers.

This is a busy role which entails building strong and lasting relationships with customers, providing a top-class service accurately processing orders and maintaining excellent communication skills throughout.


Your administration skills along with hard work and attention to detail will help you succeed in this fast-paced customer focused role.

Day to day tasks include:


  • Manage incoming calls and customer service enquiries
  • Build lasting, positive relationships with customers
  • Process customer orders on inhouse system accurately
  • Work with the inhouse database and process information paying close attention to detail
  • Update any discrepancies and correct orders if any problems arise
  • Provide administrative support for team members in the office
