Are you looking for a new challenge in the

becoming a Care Coordinator, but are frustrated by the pathway being blocked, unachievable or undefined?

If so, the Managing Director and Care Manager of the
PerCurra branch covering Great Yarmouth & Waveney (GY&W) would like to meet with you to discuss a unique opportunity that fulfills the above wish list working a hybrid role as it's
Senior Care Worker / Care Coordinator.

Initially delivering care alongside learning our
processes and training on the
systems (we run a paperless environment) required for the
Care Coordinator role, you will work directly with the
Care Manager and MD to manage the
day to day business requirements and, as the business grows, help to
shape the structure and direction of the company from within and ultimately look to
achieve the position of full time Care Coordinator in a relatively short time-span.

Job requirements

NVQ level 2 or
Strong organisational skills / ability to multitask.
Methodical approach with strong problem solving skills.
As comfortable managing staff as you are delivering care.
Minimum 2 years working in the Care Sector.
Knowledge of day to day implications of safeguarding and GDPR

The ability to communicate clearly in both written and verbal English along with having a clean driving licence and own transport are a must.

PerCurra GY&W will provide all necessary and ongoing training prior to and throughout your employment along with providing an
independent Management mentor.
