Customer Service Advisor - Hybrid in Stevenage

Competitive basic salary plus generous monthly bonus.


Do you have experience working in a customer service or an administrative role? Are you looking for that next great move in your career? Then we have an exciting new opportunity for you as a Customer Service Advisor within our friendly team based in Stevenage.

Joining us as a Customer Service Advisor and you'll work Monday to Friday,
just 35 hours a week No weekends And, once you're feeling confident and your training is complete, the role will become
hybrid too (if you want)so you can cut down on the commute time


So, what does the role of a Customer Service Advisor here involve?

  • A variety of administrative such as processing correspondence and renewals activity.
  • You will need to enjoy working in a team, we work hard, help and support each other and we're driven to achieve all our team goals and objectives all whilst having a lot of fun


Our Customer Service Advisors work with a supportive team based in Stevenage where we offer
structured training & development plan to
progress your career across the team within Ardonagh, one of the UKs largest independent Insurance Brokers.
