New Client Liaison Team Member




HOURS:
Full Time

Location:
Manchester / Hybrid

Salary:
Up to £23,500

YOUR NEW COMPANY:


This is an exciting time to join a national top Tier Legal 500 firm are looking to hire a new client liaison team member in their Clinical Negligence team.

This is a huge opportunity to join a well-established law firm and grow your career, endless opportunities for progression.


YOUR DAY TO DAY:


  • Taking in all new clinical negligence claim inquiries over the phone
  • Opening new files.
  • Taking in all details required for the medical events
  • Liaise with head department to determine whether the claim can be accepted or not

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:


  • Able to multitask
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Experience of working in a law firm
  • Ability to empathise with clients.
  • A genuine interest in Clinical Negligence
  • Analytical and ability to use own initiative but be confident to seek guidance
  • Self motivated, team player
