Overview:


Jo Holdsworth recruitment is seeking a Senior Customer Service Advisor to join a company located in Leeds, that offers commercial solutions in the UK, our client works with leading companies including those in inspection, surveying, and the emergency services.

This role requires strong customer service skills and experience working in a fast-paced environment.


Key responsibilities:


  • Build strong relationships with customers whilst providing a flawless customer experience
  • Actively improve the customer journey
  • Take ownership of any problems that may occur including logging complaints and completing corrective actions
  • Look after stock (purchase, book in and ship orders)

Experience and attributes required:


  • Excellent telephone manner and strong customer service skills
  • Experience working in a fastpaced environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in a coaching type of role or looking after stock (in a warehouse role or other) would be advantageous.
