Overview:
Jo Holdsworth recruitment is seeking a Senior Customer Service Advisor to join a company located in Leeds, that offers commercial solutions in the UK, our client works with leading companies including those in inspection, surveying, and the emergency services.
Key responsibilities:
- Build strong relationships with customers whilst providing a flawless customer experience
- Actively improve the customer journey
- Take ownership of any problems that may occur including logging complaints and completing corrective actions
- Look after stock (purchase, book in and ship orders)
Experience and attributes required:
- Excellent telephone manner and strong customer service skills
- Experience working in a fastpaced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in a coaching type of role or looking after stock (in a warehouse role or other) would be advantageous.
