Job Summary


The GLG Client Solutions team serves many of the world's leading professionals, powering great decisions by connecting them to insights from GLG's global network of experts.

GLG is seeking a Client Solutions Recruiting Associate to support GLG's Private Equity business in EMEA.

As part of the team based in London, the Associate will be responsible for supporting on Client projects, including finding and onboarding experts for research projects across a range of industries and sectors.


This is a key role within GLG, working with senior members of the team to fulfil Client research projects as well as building relationships with industry experts.

Specific responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Individuals in this role will be responsible for contacting and pitching to potential new experts, using effective communication and recruiting techniques in a fast-paced and competitive environment
  • Partner with and fulfil timesensitive recruiting project requests for GLG Managers serving Private Equity clients
  • Exhibit strong business communication and recruiting skills
  • Learn to leverage GLG's platform and network to identify and recruit worldclass experts from across multiple sectors & industries
  • Collaborate closely with senior team members to expand the search and scope of recruiting populations to drive successful client outcomes
  • Work closely with sectorspecialized Managers to deepen existing client relationships through the provision of highly specialised expert insight
  • High motivation to exceed personal weekly, monthly, and quarterly commercial targets
  • Confidence in making outbound cold calls when needed and various other outreach methods
  • Experience gained in a role where you have had outreach experience would be beneficial
  • Ability to professionally manage resistance and consistently close recruits
  • Ability to quickly digest and implement feedback and coaching
  • Polished and persuasive verbal and written communication
  • Successful track record managing multiple, simultaneous complex tasks and working in team environments, either during education or within a professional environment.
  • Full business proficiency in English; another European language would be a bonus

Career progression:


After achieving specific quantitative and qualitative goals (conversion of recruits, consistent quality end-to-end delivery), Associates typically progress onto a client-facing Senior Associate role.

This depends on business need and individual performance.
