- To carry out predefined Depot Planning Processes and Practices to support the Operational Planning Manager in the effective running of the planning department,
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships.
- To provide a comprehensive clerical support services to the warehouse operation
- Work in collaboration with other DHL sites/colleagues to maximise efficiencies and best practice
- To monitor and track all KPI's against plan, providing timely and accurate reports in all areas including planned and flex hours, performance levels and bonus related matters
- Organise and lead the focus on improved productivity levels
- Accountable for delivering a high quality, customer focused service
- Support key initiatives as defined by the Site and Regional Leadership Teams
- Deliver high quality, customer focussed service

- Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Access)

- Experience of working within a supply chain environment

- Previous experience in workforce planning, payroll and agency handling

- Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
- Detail oriented, accurate and thorough
- Excellent influencing, motivation and communication skills
- Excellent ability to work with number and data files
- Ability to work a designated shift pattern which includes bank holidays and weekends is essential
