Juice is excited to be working in partnership with a innovative software company in their search for Customer Helpdesk Advisors.

Due to growth, we are looking for confident individuals to join on a temporary to permanent basis.


YOU WILL BE:

Answering inbound calls from customers

Listening to customers and understanding their queries

Troubleshooting and aiming to resolve issues on the first call

Escalate queries that cannot be resolved to the 2nd or 3rd line team

Follow up calls to keep customers updated on progress

Working closely with various departments within the organisation


YOU WILL NEED:

Excellent communication skills

Previous customer call handling is desirable

Strong understanding of customer service

Professional telephone manner

Ability to trouble shoot

Good time management

Ability to multi-task

Enjoy working as part of a team

Have an interest in IT/Tech is advantageous but not essential


DETAILS:

£11.79 per hour plus performance related bonus (no sales)

Full Training provided

Working hours: 9am - 17:30pm, Monday to Friday

No weekends

Recently refurbished office
