We have an exciting opportunity for a Head of People Business Partners (Contracts and Support Services) to join our team of inspiring leaders.
In this senior position, you will lead on a proactive, legally compliant, commercial, and strategic people business partnering service, that enables business areas' business objectives to be achieved.
As Head of People Business Partners, you will lead on the resolution of complex employee relation issues and Employment Tribunal claims ensuring that our approach is legally compliant, fair, consistent and in line with our HEART values.
You'll have a team of People Business Partners and Advisors of which you'll lead, coach and manage to ensure they provide an excellent business partnering service to internal stakeholders.
You'll partner with senior managers on workforce and succession planning, developing staffing structures and job roles to best meet changing organisational needs.
You'll also contribute to ensuring recruitment, promotion and talent programmes are designed around the principles of inclusion and diversity including shortlists and interview panels.

Subject matter expert with experience at a senior level with knowledge of leading a business partner model, working with Senior Managers to create positive, commercial, added-value business outcomes
Excellent communicator who can effectively engage at all levels and present complex information in an accessible way
Proven outstanding leader who leads by example, drives our values, and supports colleagues to be the best version of themselves
Resilient, flexible, and dynamic person who effectively manages and encourages change
With a wealth of experience in leading an employee relations function in a corporate organisation and management of complex HR casework / investigations across a range of People Policies and Procedures, you will also possess a CIPD Level 7 qualification.
You'll also have experience of leading change projects (such as restructures and TUPE) and aligning People strategies and interventions with overall organisational strategy.
