12-month FTC with a view to being offered a permanent contract.
We are seeking full-time Customer Service Administrators to be part of our vibrant team. You will be processing life and pension documents on to our in-house system.
You will have various admin tasks to complete throughout the day which would range from updating customer records, issuing letters to customers, and looking into customer files for any discrepancies.
You may need to contact a customer for additional information to complete the task required.
This is great opportunity for those looking for an administration role with a customer service background and those already who have administration experience looking to gain more experience within a life and pensions environment.
What you will do:
- Ensure customer records are accurately maintained
- Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- Achieve targets to maintain productivity, quality, and contractual service level agreements
- Manage own workload effectively and prioritise accordingly to meet targets
- Accurately complete any quality/productivity documentation required

- Previous experience in a customer service role

- Confident communicator with a professional and friendly manner
- Excellent listening skills and an ability to problem solve
