Customer Service Advisor
Our Insurance Broker client have a brilliant opportunity to join their global company as a Customer Service Advisor
We are looking for a hard-working and committed Customer Service Advisor to support a busy claims handling department.
This position would involve home working (all equipment provided) and offers full time hours suited to you. All training would be provided.

_This role has an immediate start The position is temporary initially (4-6 months) with a chance to go permanent._

The role:


  • As a Customer Service Advisor, you will receive a high volume of calls from customers and contractors. You will assign contractors out to customers to complete repair jobs at the customers request.
  • You will liaise internally to find solutions to customer queries. You will use your own initiative to ensure the best outcome for valued customers.
  • You will complete administration and data entry tasks to log calls and support your telephony work.

Your experience:


  • Experience within the insurance industry would be preferred, however any experience where you have dealt with high volumes of calls or telephony customer service would be considered.
  • Great attention to detail and good administration skills.
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills essential.
  • Great time management and organisational skills.
  • Being bilingual would be a great benefit within this global business.
