A multi-disciplined practice based in Chelmsford, are seeking a Building Surveyor with 2+ years industry experience to join their expanding team.


The successful Building Surveyor will work with a varied portfolio of Private/Public Sector clients on properties ranging in sectors including Residential, Commercial, Education and Healthcare.

You'll cover services such as; contract administration, dilapidations,planned maintenance, defect diagnosis and building surveys.


You will be given the opportunity to manage your own portfolio of work as well as help mentor the more junior members of the team.

This is a key opportunity for a experienced Surveyor to join a growing practice, with opportunity to develop their careers,and have the chance to work their way to directorship.


The successful Building Surveyor

  • 3+ years Building Surveying experience (Private Practice)
  • MRICS (Preferable)
  • MSc/BSc in Building Surveying
  • Strong communication skills written and verbal
  • Professional and project experience
  • Multi sector experience
  • Ambitious attitude and keen learner
  • Supportive and patient

In return?
- £35,000 - £45,000 (Dependant on experience)
