We are working with a very successful debt advisory team, who are based in Central London and who work with financial sponsors and their clients.

The firm is busy, growing, and has excellent deal flow. It's a great firm to learn and develop in, and they are very client and delivery focused. Due to this growth, they are keen to hire experienced Debt Advisers.

The role will work across the deal cycle and the appointee will be the key person managing the execution of the transaction.

This will involve ensuring bespoke models and client materials are produced in a timely and accurate manner. The role will also involve managing NDA's, financial DD, commercial DD, and legal DD etc.
