Salary | £23,000 - £26,000 p/a

Here at
MJ Quinn, we currently have an exciting new opportunity for a
Planner to join the business. This position will be based at our
South Wales office in Newport working Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm.

As the
Planner, you will be responsible for planning and issuing jobs to the field teams as well as organising their delivery schedules and ensuring that the installations are progressing as expected and completed on time.

Your role will include:

Delivering the needs and answering any queries from the client
To be responsible for the coordination and scheduling of civils related tasks into the existing BT network.
To be responsible for dealing with clients requests in all aspects of the project and escalating any issues to the Programme Manager, when required.
Ensures all engineers are organised and provided with the relevant site access and job packs for jobs they have been allocated

Desirables:

Scheduling experience
Familiar with MS Office and IT packages
Good administrative and customer service skills
Experience communicating with Engineers on a daily base would be preferred
Telecoms knowledge preferred
HGV 2 licence is essential.
