Description
Russell Taylor Group are looking for a full time accounts payable/purchase ledger administrator based in Bridge of Don, Aberdeen. (previous applicants need not apply)


Duties will include:

  • Input Purchase Orders
  • Process invoices and matching to PO
  • Daily transfer from CIS to Opera
  • Maintain the purchase ledger inbox and deal with supplier queries
  • Prepare payment run on Opera
  • Supplier statement reconciliation
  • Deal with any discrepancies
  • Any other AC/PL matters
Hours will be Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm (one hour lunch daily unpaid).

  • Experience in CIS and Opera is preferred but not necessary as full training will be given._
