Accounts Payable/purchase Ledger Administrator - Bridge of Don, United Kingdom - Russell Taylor Group

Russell Taylor Group are looking for a full time accounts payable/purchase ledger administrator based in Bridge of Don, Aberdeen. (previous applicants need not apply)Duties will include:
- Input Purchase Orders
- Process invoices and matching to PO
- Daily transfer from CIS to Opera
- Maintain the purchase ledger inbox and deal with supplier queries
- Prepare payment run on Opera
- Supplier statement reconciliation
- Deal with any discrepancies
- Any other AC/PL matters
- Experience in CIS and Opera is preferred but not necessary as full training will be given._

Salary dependent on experience (Competitive)
