LHH are proud to be working with a global insurance firm operating in 22 countries across five continents. They are committed to providing reliable, fast, flexible and bespoke services for their customers.

As they expand, they are looking for a Risk and Compliance Consultant to join their Compliance team. You will be reporting to the Head of Risk and Compliance.


Key responsibilities:

  • Support compliance monitoring or other assurance activities
  • Review, modify, update company policies
  • Provide advice to the business on compliance matters
  • Support the team in the execution of risk management activities
  • Support the business in designing action plans to address risks, incidents or identified control deficiencies and monitor completion of action plans
The Person


Knowledge & Experience:

  • 3 5 year's experience in a Compliance role within financial services, preferably with a general insurance provider
  • Familiar with relevant local regulation of financial intermediaries
  • Experience in managing different stakeholders across first and second lines of defence
  • Project management skills
