Description
The key responsibilities of the HR Administrator include:
- Ensuring all operational and transactional HR activities are covered
- Updating and managing payroll changes
- Monitoring and controlling absence and timekeeping onsite
- Carrying out inductions for new employees as required
- Supporting and advising staff on policies and procedures
Profile
The successful HR Administrator should have:
- Experience working in a HR setting
- Experience managing and reporting on timekeeping and attendance
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organisational skills
- Ability to build strong relationships across departments
Job Offer
- Salary of £24,500 £26,500
- 25 days annual leave + bank hols
