The client is a manufacturing organisation based in Wigan developing packaging from recycled materials in an environmentally friendly manner.


Description

The key responsibilities of the HR Administrator include:

  • Ensuring all operational and transactional HR activities are covered
  • Updating and managing payroll changes
  • Monitoring and controlling absence and timekeeping onsite
  • Carrying out inductions for new employees as required
  • Supporting and advising staff on policies and procedures

Profile

The successful HR Administrator should have:

  • Experience working in a HR setting
  • Experience managing and reporting on timekeeping and attendance
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships across departments

Job Offer

  • Salary of £24,500 £26,500
