Vision Executives are experts in International Eyecare Recruitment, and we are seeking a sociable and enthusiastic individual to join our fast growing recruitment company.

No prior experience in recruitment is required but prior experience in sales and/or the eyecare/healthcare industry would be beneficial.

Your responsibilities will include:

Utilising LinkedIn and other tools to develop a targeted sales approach
Analysing the marketplace to find companies who are hiring
Contacting prospective clients to identify vacancies that we can help them fill
Consulting hiring managers and HR on the best way to fill their vacancies
Creating a value proposition and pitching our services
Negotiating our fees and developing proposals

Skills & Attributes:

A positive and resilient attitude
Hard working and open to taking occasional evening/morning meetings due to time difference with international clients
Desire to learn and develop
Money motivated
Good time management and organisational skills

What we are offering:

Realistic 1st year earnings basic salary £23k + £1015k in commission = £3240k OTE
