We are currently seeking a highly skilled Head of HR to join our dynamic team and contribute to the success and growth of our organisation.


As our Head of HR, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing HR strategies aligned with our business goals and objectives.

You will collaborate closely with business leaders, providing strategic HR support to enhance organisational performance, employee engagement and talent development within our specialised IT environment.


Responsibilities:


  • Partner with senior leadership to understand business goals and translate them into effective HR strategies.
  • Develop and implement HR initiatives that support the organisation's growth and enhance employee productivity.
  • Lead the recruitment process, ensuring the acquisition of toptier talent to meet current and future business needs.
  • Develop and implement talent management programs, including succession planning, career development, and performance management.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to employees and management, addressing employee concerns and promoting a positive work culture.
  • Proactively identify and resolve employee relations issues to maintain a harmonious and productive work environment.
  • Design and implement training programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of employees in alignment with business objectives.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous learning and professional development.
  • Develop and update HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Stay abreast of industry best practices and recommend adjustments to policies as needed.
  • Design and execute employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment and improve employee satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular surveys and feedback sessions to gauge employee sentiment and address areas of improvement.
  • Lead the performance management process, providing guidance to managers and employees on goal setting, feedback and career development.
  • Implement performance improvement plans when necessary, ensuring fair and consistent processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or Manager, preferably in a technology or IT solutions environment.
  • Indepth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organisation.
  • Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition, employee relations and organisational development.
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing business needs.

Salary:
£45,000.00-£55,000.00 per year
