Branch Administrator to join an independent Sales & Lettings Estate Agency with offices in the Camberwell area.

Skills:
The skills required for this Branch Administrator (Estate Agent)
role will include:

Previous experience in Residential estate agency / Lettings administration
Demonstrate an excellent understanding of sales and lettings procedures
Highly organised and possess high levels of administration and computer skills
Ability to develop and maintain relationships
Excellent telephone manner
Have superb organisational skills and be able to prioritise workload
Be able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
