THE BUSINESS


Our client is a small, family owned, successful business, that provides a range of high-quality water management systems to the construction sector.

Based in Chester-Le-Street, it's very much a value led business and the management team have developed an inclusiveand supportive culture, where everyone is equal and accountable.

Currently experiencing a period of growth, they are looking to add to their sales team and are looking for someone to support the Sales Manager with a broad range of administrative tasks

THE ROLE

  • Processing sales onto the companies CRM system
  • The sales can be quite technical so someone with a keen eye for detail would be best suited
  • Liaising with clients and dealing with queries over the phone
  • The role may progress where you could be inputting orders onto the system and processing purchase orders
  • Undertaking a range of admin tasks in line with your core duties

THE PERSON


The important element of this role is that you're a team player and don't mind rolling up your sleeves and getting stuck in.

Because the team is small, they are very supportive of each other and they all pull together for the good of the business.


It is also important that you can demonstrate a professional approach, as you will be liaising with a varied range of people from customers to suppliers.
