Using your experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant within the Industrial sector your aim will be to grow their Industrial business, and client base by promoting my clients services throughout the whole of the Leeds region.

What my client is looking for?
Experienced Recruitment Consultant, Sales focused, target driven with a get up and go attitude.
As a 360 Recruiter you will have the drive and determination to grow and develop the client base. You will have a positive impact to the team and work from the office 5 days per week.

You'll need to have full 360 experience in recruitment and sales and also knowledge of the Industrial/manufacturing sectors within the recruitment industry.

You will also build relationships across my clients network to ensure the clients you convert are developed to their maximum potential and you will have total autonomy to run and develop your desk with the support of the Branch Manager Senior Management Team and board of Directors

This is a fabulous opportunity for an ambitious recruiter that is seeking a new challenge to develop an existing warm desk to its full potential and work towards a Divisional Manager role in the future.

To be successful in this role you must be an experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant working in the Recruitment Industry and thrive on winning new business.
