Role Purpose

Key Responsibilities

  • Review procedures and inspection plans to establish conformity with international codes and standards and project specific requirements.
  • Supervise remotely onsite inspectors, review and collate inspection reports and communicate findings to the end customer for their actions.
  • Attendance at online and face to face meetings will be required along with periodic visits to manufacturing locations in the UK and Europe
  • Responsible to attend meetings to explain the findings of the reviews to the manufacturer and the end client.
  • Good communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Technical skills required include welding, materials, heat treatment and NDT.
  • Ability to use and understand international standards such as ASME and BS EN ISO series is vital.
