What to Expect

  • Start date: April 2024
  • Location: London
  • Duration: 6 months
  • Length: Fulltime (40hours)
  • The HR Coordinator Intern will be part of the HR Operations team who is performing various administrative tasks to assist with the daily operations of Tesla's Human Resources department. The HR Operations team acts as a bridge between employees and other departments e.g.
Payroll, Benefits, Finance, HR Partners, etc.

The HR Coordinator and Senior HR Coordinator are the first persons the employee contacts when they have a request or an inquiry, which are to be resolved in a timely manner.

They are also assisting with processing payroll and ensuring that they are performing audits to ensure employee data accuracy.

As an HR Coordinator intern, you will have the opportunity to get familiar with different queries and functions and support the HR Coordinators with their projects and tasks.

Our goal is to create a positive employee experience, which will result in happy, engaged and productive employees.

You need to have the ability to adapt to frequent changes and be motivated to continuously work towards process and/or system improvement.

What You'll Do

  • Learn how to answer to employee inquiries and create a positive employee experience
  • Assist with material creation and distribution of internal communications to support HR initiatives
  • Participate in team projects and adhoc requests
  • Help the team with effective administration of employee documentation throughout their Tesla journey
  • Collaborate with seniour team members to ensure operational processes, procedures and policies are properly documented, kept up to date and uploaded to the applicable systems
  • Learn how to enter employee data in various internal systems, while remaining compliant with GDPR
  • Support payroll with correct data preparation
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement,operational excellence and automation
  • Get involved in projects to ensure the maintenance of our HR Intranet pages are up to date for our employees
  • Provide support on HR systems related projects including, but not limited to; preliminary requirements gathering, testing system enhancements, developing user procedures
What You'll Bring

  • Currently enrolled in degree preferably a Human Resources
  • Recent graduates welcome to apply
  • Level C1 in English (written and spoken), any other European language is considered a plus (preferably French or German)
  • Capable of working in a fast paced and always changing environment
  • Proactive work mentality
  • The ability to keep an overview and improve processes
  • Analytical mindset and problemsolving oriented
  • A strong team player
  • Strong Excel skills essential
