A great opportunity to join this well-established, independent Estate Agency and Lettings brand who have built up an extremely impressive reputation over several years.

Covering the Birmingham and West Midlands area they deal with residential and commercialsales and lettings, property management and auctions.

This is a temporary position that may lead to a permanent opportunity.


Requirements of the role:

  • Reception/meet and greet
  • Preparing property details including brochures and online details
  • Advertising and marketing preparation
  • Prepare and issue letters and documents
  • Making changes to property details as and when required
  • Social media management
  • Booking viewings
  • General administration

Essential Skills Required:
Excellent communication skills

Attention to detail

Hours of work - Mon - Fri - 9am - 5:30 pm

£ £12.00 per hour - ongoing temporary.
