Job description
Reporting to PA to CEO and Creative Director


Trafalgar Entertainment is looking for an Office Coordinator to manage and support the smooth day-to-day running of the busy production office based in London.

You will be in direct contact with all aspects of the business and get first-hand experience of the day to day running of a fast-paced and rapidly growing live entertainment company.


Key Responsibilities include:


  • Answering the phone and directing to the right department, taking messages where necessary.
  • Organise the office layout, maintain the ordering of stationery to ensure all stock is up to date, ordering more when required.
  • Managing and distributing all incoming and outgoing post and couriers
  • Photocopying, faxing, binding and filing all company documents.
  • Booking meeting rooms and organising refreshments.
  • Covering for the PA to the CEO during holidays and time off.
  • Providing administrative support to the PA to the CEO, producers and other employees as requested.
  • Updating contact lists on the company database.
  • Adhoc secretarial duties including running personal errands and booking lunches.
  • Meeting new starters and visitors to the office and showing them around.
  • Manage and work collaboratively with the Office Assistant.
  • Maintain the condition of the office and arrange for necessary repairs, liaising with the Building Manager if required.
  • Previous administrative experience and be confident with all MS office packages including Teams
  • Polite telephone manner
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • An interest in theatre and live entertainment
