ALH Recruitment are looking to recruit for a Sales Coordinator with immediate effect, for our client who continue to lead their market based in Huntingdon, Cambs.


Sales Coordinator Role:
The role will heavily rely on a positive, customer service focused individual who thrives in fast paced environment.

Day to day answering the phone lines to the residential market, pricing of services, understanding what the works are and cross selling multipleservices and products.

Ensuring the customer has the ultimate experience where they can, using their systems to efficiently create the quotation, send to the customer and covert to an order.


The individual will be working within a team of strong sales members, they all play a key role on ensuring all enquiries & quotes are managed efficiently and orders are on the screen correctly ready for delivery.


The department needs a confident individual, who is willing to gain, understand and share market knowledge, be pro-active when necessary and continue to grow the residential & non-construction market.

Multi-tasking is key to being able to manage the workload,prioritising tasks, decision making and high attention to detail.

This role will involve direct interaction with the following teams

  • Directors of Sales & Marketing
  • Sales Executives
  • Internal Sales
  • Residential Sales
  • Customer Service
  • Sales Support
  • Transport Department
  • Technical Waste

Duties:


  • Answering incoming sales calls from existing and new residential customers
  • Pricing Residential and Non-Construction customers' sales enquiries using the pricing resources provided
  • Taking orders and processing payments for residential customers that you have quoted.
  • Identify crossselling and upselling opportunities and gathering further information on all enquiries
  • Offer a high level of customer service, ensuring a positive customer journey
  • Tailoring sales approach to suit the customer
  • Managing residential online enquiries
  • Understanding the needs and requirements for the residential market
  • Entering all quotations into the CRM system, recording notes, and maintaining your individual priority pipeline by continuing contact with the customer
  • Converting quotations into orders via strong sales knowledge and regular customer contact.
  • Crossreferencing daily online enquiries created to ensure all crossselling opportunities are maximised
