To provide a high quality performance and support service that supports the Integrated Early Support (IES) service and a district lead area of Corporate Business and Governance, Community Safety and Youth Service, Early Help and Partnerships ,Casework and Domestic Violence and Abuse.


To ensure that all business processes, performance measures and targets are monitored, analysed, and reported to achieve directorate objectives in line with the corporate strategy and vision and to support continuously improving performance.

An exciting opportunity within the Early Help and Prevention service
An opportunity has arisen for a Performance and Support Officer within the Domestic Abuse Intervention and Prevention Service.


We have a temporary post to cover maternity leave until 30/09/2024.
The Domestic Abuse Intervention and Prevention Service sit within the Early Help and Prevention Service.

Early Help and Prevention has a strong ethos of partnership working and innovative initiatives to improve the lives of domestic abuse victims and their families.

Our Performance and Support Officers will be crucial to the delivery of high-quality service to the victims of domestic abuse.

You will need to be a great team player and provide clerical support, business planning, and financial monitoring to the Domestic Violence and Abuse service.

The role will also include producing accurate reports and data and undertaking performance analysis.


A formal qualification such as NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration or Finance and/or a relevant BTEC National Certificate or equivalent is essential.

This role will be based in Wyvern House, Winsford, and the role will cover the whole of the Cheshire West and Chester area.

There are some elements of remote working, and all IT equipment will be provided.

The closing date for the post is 27th June 2023 with interviews to be held 11th July 2023.
