Richmond Pharmacology is a leading CRO conducting clinical trials (phase1, phase2 and phase3) in medicines covering a variety of therapeutic areas.

Our trials are increasingly targeting patient populations and many of these are managed as outpatients, so there is a growing body of work around managing outpatient appointments and scheduling follow ups.

Salary:
£24,000 - £26,000

In this role, you will be part of a small team supporting all of the outpatient visits, including making travel arrangements where appropriate.

You will communicate expectations and plans to the trial participants and keep relevant departments fully apprised of any plans or changes to schedules that might arise.

You will need to maintain accurate and detailed records for the participants in our trials and should be comfortable reporting progress against targets set by the Manager of Outpatient Services at regular and ad hoc intervals.

The outpatients team works hand in glove with the volunteer recruitment and screening teams and you will be expected to provide interdepartmental support at busy times.
