Description

As a credit controller, you will be responsible for chasing overdue payments/debt collection, negotiating and allocating payment plans for debt, and performing reconciliations, whilst hitting KPI's.

You will need strong communication skills for this role,in order to build rapport with both external stakeholders and your team.

Skills Required

  • Strong communication skills and a track record of liaising with both stakeholders and the wider company confidently and effectively is essential.
  • The ability to work effectively in both a team and independently, whilst managing and prioritising a workload.
  • Competence in all Microsoft programmes, namely Excel, Word and PowerPoint is needed.
