Environment - This is a 6-month fixed-term, fully remote role. Your training and support will all be provided virtually.

  • This is a 6month contract opportunity with the potential to become extended or become a permanent role within Altus Group._

Objectives of this Role:


  • Proactively manage a campaign of commercial clients and renewal results within defined accounts.
  • Build rapport with clients to identify opportunities to renew our current client contracts and crosssell other Altus Group services, where appropriate.
  • You will manage client expectations to ensure they understand processes and timescales.
  • Act as a trusted advisor throughout the entire contract renewal lifecycle.

Requirements:


  • Must be eligible to work in the United Kingdom
  • We are looking for individuals with experience in customer and/or client service. However, if you are passionate and enthusiastic about providing a great client experience, then we want to hear from you
  • You should be confident using various systems including Microsoft Office and have strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Sales experience is a plus
