Contribute on the following documents and attend the following meetings.

Please note that the dates following the publication of the scope are currently provisional due to the consultation of our interim process and methods.

If there are any changes to the dates below, you will be notified as soon as possible by the NICE team.

Review draft scope and submit comments Attendance at scoping workshop Review assessment report and submit comments Attendance at lead team meeting Attendance at 2 committee meetings On behalf of the Committee, advise the external assessment group on request during the assessment phase.

Work with other members of the Committee and NICE staff to comment on the evidence and on drafts of the guidance assessments.

Advise on implementation issues as required. Ensure appropriate consideration of the implications of guidance for equalities. Follow agreed decision-making procedures and accept the collective decisions of the Committee.

Abide by NICEs code of conduct for Committee members including NICEs code of practice for declaring and dealing with conflicts of interest and follow the Committees operational procedures.

Prepare for the Committee meetings by reading the papers and by gathering any additional information on the proposed topics which may be helpful to the discussions.

Participate in induction training.
