An exciting opportunity has arisen for an On-Site Recruitment Manager to join the team at Challenge trg Group at one of our Carlisle sites

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing the recruitment process on site from start to finish
  • Managing compliance
  • Have a flexible approach to work and changing circumstances
  • Willingness to work extended or unsociable hours during peak periods

Person Specification Experience and Skills:


  • Recruitment experience in management preferred, but not essential
  • Selfmotivated, ambitious and target driven
  • Able to work in a highpressured environment.
