Description
Reed Business Support is currently working with a highly-regarded Law Firm based in Reading in the recruitment of an Administrator for their residential property department.
The role involves assisting with a range of conveyancing procedures from commencementto completion of transaction.Key responsibilities include:
- The production of documents and management of files
- Efficient handling of telephone calls, liaison with clients and third parties
- Carrying out preexchange and other searches
- Administrative support to solicitors and other members of the department
- Maintaining the highest professional standards in accordance with the firm's objectives and comply with the firm's quality standards
- Have proficient knowledge of MS Word and other Office products and ideally experience of working with a practice management system or large database
- Be enthusiastic, flexible and efficient with a helpful and friendly manner
- Be a good team player, with willingness to offer support to others in the team
- Be enthusiastic and hard working
