Reed Business Support is currently working with a highly-regarded Law Firm based in Reading in the recruitment of an Administrator for their residential property department.

The role involves assisting with a range of conveyancing procedures from commencementto completion of transaction.


Key responsibilities include:


  • The production of documents and management of files
  • Efficient handling of telephone calls, liaison with clients and third parties
  • Carrying out preexchange and other searches
  • Administrative support to solicitors and other members of the department
  • Maintaining the highest professional standards in accordance with the firm's objectives and comply with the firm's quality standards
  • Have proficient knowledge of MS Word and other Office products and ideally experience of working with a practice management system or large database
  • Be enthusiastic, flexible and efficient with a helpful and friendly manner
  • Be a good team player, with willingness to offer support to others in the team
  • Be enthusiastic and hard working
