Description

A well established client of mine are seeking an immediately available qualified Finance Manager to join their team on a temporary basis.

This role is based in Uxbridge and hybrid working is available.

Key activities will include but not limited to:

  • To undertake month end activities to enable the production of the monthly management accounts including processing of invoices/accruals/prepayments, fixed assets, bank postings, FX and maintenance of control accounts etc
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Overseas Payroll postings and payments
  • Expenses and Supplier payment run
  • Processing expenses on concur
  • Reconciling the intercompany accounts.
  • To undertake yearend activities for the production of the annual statutory accounts and completion of routine audit queries
  • Preparation of financial data/reports and supporting analysis
  • Assist with the Group Consolidation
  • Completion of balance sheet reviews
  • Assist with preparation and completion of documents for legal entities
  • Undertake ad hoc tasks as required.
