25K base salary

- **An OTE of £40K in the first year
- £60K in year 2- £80K in year 3**:

Annual incentive trips (have included Val Thorens, Spain, and Paris in the past)
Lunches once a week

Weekly company nights out
Sports activities

The ideal Trainee Sports Recruitment Consultant

Have a degree of 2:2 or above
Have 3 B's at Alevel (not essential)
An interest in sport
Sales or recruitment experience (not essential)
Money motivated
Huge personal Drive to succeed
Hard working
Great interpersonal skills

The Day to day as a Trainee sports recruitment consultant

You would be finding and building rapport with potential clients
Cold and warm calling
Writing ads
Looking through CV's
