Description

  • Our client focuses on two principal areas of investment expertise: outcome based, multi asset investment and single strategy, active investment e.
g., UK, European, US and global equity funds and they are seeking an Investor Services Associate. This role is offered on a hybrid working arrangement - minimum of three days in the office each week. When in the office, the role can be based in the City of London or our client's Surrey office.


Roles & Responsibilities:

Processing new business.

  • Servicing clients.
  • Managing TPA/TA/counterparty activities.
  • Undertaking all administrative duties e.g., opening and distributing post.
  • Monitoring receipt of stock and cash and associated reconciliations.
  • Maintaining client records.
  • Processing client money transactions.

Experience & Qualifications:

Experience of working in investor/client services/IFA administration in a fund management, wealth management or customer/adviser facing role.

  • Team player with a positive, results orientated approach.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong organisational skills.
