The Role:

The firm are looking for a Real Estate Associate to join the firm's dynamic office in Newcastle.


Here, you will be an ambitious individual, raring to dive into all aspects of real estate work and develop your skills.

You will have a varied caseload covering a wide range of property matters from acquisitions and disposals, development work, asset management work for investors, corporate support and real estate finance.

You will advise a diverse mix of clients in both the private and public sectors (with a particular focus on retail); from household names, high-net-worth individuals and investors.

You can expect to receive a high level of support and significant investment in your professional development.

You will be working alongside respected Lawyers, who will give you the platform to further expand your real estate network.


Requirements:


  • You will be a qualified Solicitor (NQ5 years PQE) with experience in Real Estate
  • You will have naturally strong interpersonal skills, with a commercial astuteness
