£23,000 - £26,000 per annum


Kiwi Recruitment are thrilled to be working with our client who have an opportunity to join their ever-growing and experienced team as a Payroll Administrator.


The role will be based in our clients Head Office, and is a full-time position, 37.5 hours per week between 9-5:30 with 1 hour for lunch (these hours can be flexible between 8:30am-6:00pm).

After a successful 6-month probation period, you will have the option to work from home 2 days a week.


Duties to include:


  • Processing multiple payrolls from start to finish.
  • Maintaining team member records.
  • Processing attachment orders.
  • Processing P45s and statutory payments SMP, SPP, SSP, SPL and SPBL.
  • Filling RTI reports.
  • Processing BACs payments to team members.

Requirements:


  • 2 years' experience in a previous payroll position.
  • 23 years' experience using Sage systems.
  • Have a great knowledge of Microsoft excel.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Knowledge of payrolling benefits.
  • Knowledge of tax codes and student loan notices.
  • Pension and auto enrolment knowledge.
  • CIPP qualification or working towards.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality.
