Kiwi Recruitment are thrilled to be working with our client who have an opportunity to join their ever-growing and experienced team as a Payroll Administrator.
The role will be based in our clients Head Office, and is a full-time position, 37.5 hours per week between 9-5:30 with 1 hour for lunch (these hours can be flexible between 8:30am-6:00pm).
Duties to include:
- Processing multiple payrolls from start to finish.
- Maintaining team member records.
- Processing attachment orders.
- Processing P45s and statutory payments SMP, SPP, SSP, SPL and SPBL.
- Filling RTI reports.
- Processing BACs payments to team members.
Requirements:
- 2 years' experience in a previous payroll position.
- 23 years' experience using Sage systems.
- Have a great knowledge of Microsoft excel.
- Strong communication skills.
- Knowledge of payrolling benefits.
- Knowledge of tax codes and student loan notices.
- Pension and auto enrolment knowledge.
- CIPP qualification or working towards.
- Maintain strict confidentiality.
