Our client is a well-known and reputable HGV dealership with many depots nationwide.

Currently they are looking for an experienced Senior Parts Advisor / Parts Advisor to join their busy dealership in Avonmouth.

Responsibilities:_

To team lead and control the activities of the Parts Department staff, working closely with the Parts Manager.
To process any parts related enquires giving the correct identification and information required.
To assist and develop parts sales with the objective of meeting Branch Parts Targets
To provide 24 hour callout as per rota.
To assist and maintain stock room duties.
To deputise in all areas of the parts department as directed by the Branch Manager
Attend any training course as deemed necessary by the parts supervisor
To ensure compliance and achievement of CSI and UTP targets
Ensure workstation and parts dept complies with 5S programme
To liaise with customers and assist with any queries, keeping up with progress
To maintain the Parts Department standards, adhere and uphold all ISO9002 requirements
To provide information, maintain records and carry out all duties in an accurate, efficient and timely manner.
To undertake such other tasks as may reasonably be required.
To enhance the image and reputation of the company whilst supporting its commercial interests.
To comply with good health and safety practice, all statutory requirements, company policies
