Express Recruitment are currently recruiting for an established, thriving global brand who is currently looking to expand their talented team by recruiting a number of bright, motivated and ambitious Customer Service professionals on a permanent contract.


Our client offers a laid back but professional working environment and reward their hardworking teams with an array of additional perks and benefits.

Hours are 37.5 per week on a shift rota, given a number of weeks in advance, with hours ranging from 8am-7pm with rare Saturday working.


Roles & Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer queries in an efficient manner
  • Provide satisfactory resolutions for customers regarding deliveries and orders
  • Liaising with a broad range of customers via social media channels
  • Use internal systems to accurately record notes and update customer profiles
  • Collaborate with internal departments as required

Skills & Experience

  • Experience in a fastpaced Customer Service position
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to work as part of a team and manage own workload
  • Ready to hit the ground running in a highly desirable working environment
