Landcraft Landcape & Design Ltd provides a complete garden service, undertaking landscaping projects in London and the South of England.

We manage the whole cycle from the initial design concept, through to construction and completion of a fully landscaped garden and then the ongoing aftercare and maintenance.

Our friendly, award winning Landscaping company is seeking an Experienced and Skilled Hard Landscaper to work within our growing team to bring beautiful garden designs to life.

We require a well presented, self-motivated Landscaper with excellent landscape knowledge and experience (minimum of 2 years) who is capable of working in a team to create high-end gardens in Surrey & surrounding areas.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

Delivering a high quality of workmanship covering all aspects of hard and soft landscaping and groundworks.
Working with designs and plans to ensure accuracy and attention to detail.
Providing friendly, responsive and professional service to our customers and delivering effective communication.
When required to do so, this person must take on the role of a team leader and step up to be the responsible person on site acting as a manager to the workforce and client/designer/supplier liaison.
Dealing promptly with issues arising and escalating them immediately to the line manager or project manager.
Typical duties include: Stonework, Brickwork, Rendering, Fibreglassing, Paving, Machine use (e.g. excavators, dumpers, forklifts), Use of laser level.
To comply with Health and Safety legislation and company policies and procedures.
To be responsible for: All company vehicles, tools, equipment and property.
To be responsible for: All client property.
To be responsible for: All plant, vehicle and tool hire.
To be responsible for: Correct use of PPE at all times.
To be responsible for: Data protection for all company and client information.
To be responsible for: Behaving as an ambassador for our company, protecting our image and reputation and being a role model for other employees within our team.

Travel:

The role will involve driving and travel into London and other areas in the South East, applicants must therefore have a full, clean driving licence and the ability to be mobile and flexible with hours.
