Workshop controller (VMU)

Liverpool

Monday to Friday

£21.39ph + Bonus

8:30am to 5pm


This role could be right for you if you like contributing to the continuous growth of the business, working a varied role and happy to work under pressure.


Our client currently operate over 5 depots across the UK, with over 30 years experience as a market leading business.

They are looking to further their growth and while consistently providing a quality service to their long standing customers.


Duties;

  • Ensure high standards of quality
  • Allocating jobs
  • HGV Maintenance when required
  • Managing performance of the service department
  • Control the day to day running of the depot
  • Ensure high efficiency and productivity throughout
  • Identify jobs that are exceeding their allocated times
  • Working closely with Supervisors and Business managers to ensure smooth operations

Required:


  • Managerial experience
  • VOSA requirements
  • Understanding of Operators licence laws
  • NVQ level 3 or equivalent
  • Class 1 licence
