Due to winning new business and the success of the firm, I'm looking to recruit for an Audit & Accounts Manager/Senior Manager to work in an established firm of Accountants based in North London.

The role will involve working closely with the Partners ofthe firm in a split role between audit (50%) and accounts (50%), working on an interesting, varied client portfolio.


Details of the role

  • Managing the audit team on a daily basis, reporting to Partner level
  • Managing your own busy portfolio of clients
  • Reviewing audit and accounts work for quality and compliance
  • Developing team members who are qualified or coming up to qualifying
  • Ensure that files are completed and accurate before Partner review
  • Leading the larger audits and making sure the team is spread adequately

What you'll need to succeed

  • Fully qualified ACA or ACCA
  • Experience of audit and accounts in current role
  • Be currently or very recently working within a practice
  • Have experience managing your own portfolio
  • Experience of auditing clients in accordance to FRS 102 and ideally IFRS
