£25,000 Uncapped Commission. Average OTE £50,000+

Hours:

Monday to Thursday: 09:00 18:00
Friday: 10:00 14:00

Our client is on the hunt for highly experienced Life Insurance Advisors.

As a Life Insurance Advisor, you will be offering an advised service to Qualified Leads that are passed over via Hot-Key from the internal Lead Generation team.

Key Responsibilities:

Offering A cando attitude to your work
Delivering telephonebased Life Insurance Protection advice
Dealing with Hotkey's transferred each day
Ensuring that FCA regulations are met
Maximising productivity and results by effectively managing time and business pipeline
Following agreed advice process, completing a general fact find, needs analysis
Working towards targets and KPIs

- (required) Have a minimum 2 years of Life Insurance Sales

Own equipment (Laptop/PC, Headset & stable internet)
Computer literate with a thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/Outlook)
Excellent telephone handling skills
Excellent letterwriting skills
Excellent organisational and administration skills
Strong time management skills
Used to working to targets in a pressured environment
Ability to work well as an individual and as a member of a team
An excellent timekeeper with a flexible approach to meeting the needs of our customers

Salary:
£25,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
